Small Groups

WHAT IS A SMALL GROUP?

A Small group is about 3-12 people who meet weekly or biweekly at a designated time and place. This group is facilitated by a host or leader who is a disciple of Christ and who encourages an environment of love, caring, service, worship and spiritual growth among the members of the group.

WHY JOIN A SMALL GROUP?

  1. You will be connected to other members of the Body of Christ in order to experience the love of Christ as the members of the group love and minister to one another.
  2. You will be transformed through the power of the Holy Spirit into the likeness of Christ.
  3. You will grow in your relationship to God and the members of His family.
  4. You will be empowered to live a purpose-driven life that includes the 5 purposes; i.e. Worship, Fellowship, Discipleship, Service, and Evangelism.
  5. You will be connected to the community through service and mission opportunities.
